UNIFYING LESSON PRINCIPLE:

People always try to find direction in their lives. How can we know which way to go? Jesus proclaimed that He was the way people would come to God—because He was in God and God was in Him.

CONCLUDING REFLECTION:

Jesus is the way to God, the way to life and truth. This is what this lesson teaches us. The way of God is love. The way of God is divine justice. The way of God is divine truth unhindered in the world. The way of God brings authentic life. Only when God’s love and pain for the world become our love and pain for the world are we following in the servant model of Jesus. We must learn that our spiritual service or kingdom work must exist in faith and belief in Jesus as “the way, the truth, and the life.”

PRAYER:

Thank you, Lord, for Your sacrifice of love that helps us overcome fear. Cultivate in our hearts trust in Your love, so that we can bring glory to Your kingdom on earth. In Jesus’ name we pray.  Amen.
